Director of International Admission Affairs Job Purpose Provides management of the International Program Office including international program planning, development of overseas partners, promotion of international programs in target market, students overseas study counseling, teaching or guidance work . Description of Duties and Tasks Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Required a. Maintain and develop connections with good foreign universities to recommend our students b. Help our excellent students with their application for top universities in the U.S., Canada, UK and Australia c. Invite famous foreign university colleagues to visit our partner high schools, interview potential students, delivery speeches or participate our international forums. d. Promote Bilingo's Elite program by organizing seminars and providing counseling service to prospective students, their parents and partner schools. e. Be a professor teaching some courses such as Psychology or Leadership to the university students. Work Experience Required • Three years work experience coordinating or directing international programs, including one year supervisory work experience. Preferred • Supervisory experience in a complex program environment. • Spoken Mandarin is preferred, but not must • Existing networks with foreign countries’ embassies, universities, high schools Education Required • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Public Relations, Education. Preferred • Master's degree in Psychology or Public Relations, Education. Other Preferred • Experience in living or working internationally. • Knowledge of the US and international higher education systems.
