AQF Chin Up Pull Up bar with punch bag bracket is an effective way to work most of the upper body muscles and it is an ideal trainer for shaping your upper body, chest, back and arms. AQF chin up wall mounted bar is made from high quality welded 16 gauge powder coated steel with diagonal gusset for strength. The steel has also been coated with an anti rust red oxide coating for durability. The diameter of the bar is 1.25" which is ideal for a good grip. The wall mounted bar also has a unique feature which allows the user to attach a Punch Bag, speedball or a floor to ceiling ball attachment. It can hold up to 130kg including the user. The AQF wall mounted fixed bar is easy to assemble, there are large holes for secure mounting on solid walls. The bar also includes a D-Shackle swivel and all the fixings for a safe installation.
