I weighed 105 kg when I caught my husband looking at the girls walking past him. I couldn't even blame him at that moment, what could I expect from him when even I hated looking at myself. I avoided looking at myself when I passed the mirror, not to mention how I avoided undressing in front of it... I hid in the children's room and slept in our youngest son's bed with candy. The only thing that motivated me to go to a specialist was that my son could barely walk at 14 months... a nightmare for mothers. Bending over to help my son learn to walk was torture. There is not much to say about my first experience at the nutritionist, they put me on a protein diet that I could only maintain for 3 days.
