You can improve your shoulders' strength and definition with a variety of shoulder workout. A few exercises that focus on different parts of the shoulder muscles are as follows:

Presses overhead: With a barbell or dumbbells held at shoulder height, stand or sit. You should press the weight overhead and fully extend your arms. Back off the weight to shoulder height. The anterior (front) deltoids are the primary focus of this exercise.

Lateral Dumbbell Raise: Stand with palms facing inward and a dumbbell in each hand. Maintaining a slight elbow bend, raise your arms to the sides until they are parallel to the ground. Back the weights down slowly. The lateral (side) deltoids are the primary focus of this exercise.

Lateral Bent-Over Dumbbell Raise: Maintaining a straight back, incline forward at the waist. With your palms facing one another, hold a dumbbell in each hand. Maintaining a slight elbow bend, raise your arms to the sides until they are parallel to the ground. Gradually further the loads down. The posterior (rear) deltoids are the focus of this exercise.

Back Raise: Stand with your palms facing your thighs and a dumbbell in each hand. Maintaining a slight elbow bend, raise one arm straight in front of you until it is parallel to the ground. Repeat with the other arm and lower the weight back down. The anterior deltoids are the primary focus of this exercise.
