Some ingredients for making Mathura Peda:- 2 liters full cream milk or 400 grams mawa 250 grams bad 2-3 tsp desi ghee ½ tsp cardamom seeds Method of making Mathura peda:- 1. If you do not have mawa ready. So first of all you have to prepare Mawa. 2. When the mawa is completely ready, roast the mawa while stirring continuously, adding ghee to the mawa in between. So that the mawa does not stick to the bottom. 3. Mawa has to be roasted till it turns red in color while roasting. When the mawa is ready, take it out in a utensil. and to cool down. But Mawa should not be completely cold. 4. Now mix cardamom seeds and bada in mawa with the help of hands. And a little bad happiness has to be saved. Mix the bada well in mawa. Due to which Mawa and Bura started to look alike. So consider that you are ready to make trees. 5. Now make small laddus in your hands, press them with the help of palm and keep putting them in the dry bada. Similarly, all the trees have to be made and prepared. Your Mathura peda is ready.
