Hotmail accounts may stop receiving new emails if your inbox is full. Delete old or large emails, especially with attachments, to free up space. You can also empty your Junk and Sent folders. Check your storage usage under Settings > General > Storage. If you've reached the limit, incoming messages won’t be delivered until space is available. After clearing space, send yourself a test email. Still having issues? Contact Hotmail Support to see if there’s a hidden quota or syncing problem on their end.
